HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 28, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, Pennsylvania Rural Development Council and the e-Pennsylvania Alliance are partnering to hold a free videoconference on Chapter 30 of the state's Public Utility Code.

The videoconference will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, Nov 10 at 20 locations throughout Pennsylvania.
