FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Dec. 12, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab and others have requested the City Court to examine the matter of whether or not the ban on cartels is applicable when one party has acted as both the orderer and offeror. In an interlocutory judgment, Stockholm City Court has ruled that this may be the case.
The City Court has still not looked into the matter of whether the orderer and subcontractors in this case in point of fact coordinated their offers.
