FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Dec. 22, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build a shopping centre in Partille, east of Gothenburg. The client is Steen & Strom Sweden. The contract amounts about SEK 500 million.
The shopping centre will have a total floor space of 40,000 square meters and it will be built at the both sides of E20, with a bridge of stores above the motorway.
It is a turn-key contract that will begin in April 2004 and it is estimated to be ready during the spring 2006.
