GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Jan. 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ProAct IT Group AB has announced that approximately 95 per cent of Dimension's shareholders have accepted the public offer and that ProAct will carry out its offer to acquire the shares in Dimension AB. When the offer has been implemented, Bure's ownership will amount to 3.9 per cent. In addition, Bure will receive a cash payment of approximately SEK 19M.
