Raven Animation Inc. Forms Joint Venture with MG Studios in Orlando to Retain Former Disney Animators


ORLANDO, Fla., March 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Animation, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has signed a joint venture agreement with MG Studios in Orlando, Fla. which will allow the company to retain numerous former Disney Animators who were recently laid off by the Walt Disney Company.

As part of the agreement, MG Studios has agreed to pay Raven Animation and use the talented former Disney Animators for the projects that it currently has under contract from Raven Moon Entertainment Inc. Raven Moon Entertainment currently has a production agreement with MG Studios to produce "Gina D's Kids Club", "Mr. Bicycle Man", "The BoBo Blocks", and "Cuddle Bug Cousins".

"This agreement with MG Studios to use Raven Animation for its animation projects gives our company an instant revenue stream, and the ability to hire some of the best former Disney animators," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon, CEO.

Raven Animation previously announced plans to retain the former Disney animators and make them partners in their new animation company.
