STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pergo informed in a press release dated February 23, 2004 that the Board of Directors had been contacted by an investor who expressed an interest in investigating a possible acquisition of Pergo. The discussions have now been finalized without any result.

Pergo is a laminate flooring company with leading market positions, particularly in Europe and the US.
