MSSI-TeleScience Wins Its Fourth Medical Staffing Contract in Pennsylvania

VIENNA, Va., March 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc. (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of long-term medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies as well as the private sector, has been selected to provide Registered Nurse (RN) services to Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare (DPW).

As part of the agreement, which may be renewed after October 2005, MSSI will provide RN support to the Department's facility in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. The agreement represents MSSI's fourth medical staffing contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the past year, and closely follows an award for nursing support in the state's correctional institution at Frackville in February.

"The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has found MSSI to be a reliable, long-term partner for the provision of quality medical personnel," said Dr. B.B. Sahay, president and CEO of MSSI-TeleScience. "We expect Hamburg's close proximity to two other Pennsylvania facilities that we currently support -- Frackville and Camp Hill -- to create a `critical mass' of work sites for MSSI. This should allow the three sites to reinforce each other from a staffing perspective, provide more steady work for the pool of qualified nurses in the area, and provide better overall service to our customers."

MSSI will begin staffing DPW Hamburg by early April. DPW Hamburg is a residential care facility for mentally challenged patients, similar to DPW Selinsgrove, for which MSSI will provide staffing support beginning next week.

MSSI-TeleScience is currently pursuing additional, similar staffing contracts with public and private entities across the United States.
