Air Force Medical Logistics Agency Awards Five-Year Contract to MSSI-TeleScience

VIENNA, Va., April 5, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc. (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of long-term medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies as well as the private sector, has been awarded a five-year contract from the Air Force Medical Logistics Agency to fulfill staffing requirements at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. The contract is expected to generate more than $386,000.00 in revenue for MSSI-TeleScience throughout the contract period, which includes a base year and four option years.

"Given our strong technical proposal and solid record of prior performance on similar work, we believe price was a secondary consideration in MSSI's win of this new contract," said Dr. B.B. Sahay, president and CEO of MSSI-TeleScience.

MSSI's contract work for the Air Force Medical Logistics Agency began more than three years ago with a medical staffing assignment through a federal program for disadvantaged businesses. The new contract was awarded on a competitive basis.

In written references, the United States Air Force has frequently described MSSI as a "dependable provider of medical services."
