This application also tracks funding sources associated with each position. The Contract is expected to continue, based on a period of performance, until 2005.

Mr. Pope also added that, "All DC agencies are required to report personnel information to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Currently, this reporting is performed annually at the end of the fiscal year by submission of spreadsheets. Therefore, the CFO's office is only aware of real-time staffing information once a year."
Upon deployment of the Schedule A Online application, the three pilot agencies will immediately be updating position information into a centralized database. The CFO's office will then be able to view updated agency information in real-time. The CFO will also be able to obtain information for statistical analysis and trending reports at any time.
