Thomas Arnsmeyer heads security and infrastructure solutions in the sector's Federal Enterprise Solutions business unit. He oversees programs with the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security and State, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Transportation Security Administration, among others.
Arnsmeyer's 23-year career encompasses design, development and management of cost-effective solutions for large government programs and organizations. He earned a bachelor's degree in math and criminal justice from Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla., and a master's degree in computer science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
David Nastase heads IT services and solutions within the Federal Enterprise Solutions business unit. He directs IT programs supporting customers like the Departments of Commerce, Interior and Defense, the Securities and Exchange Commission, NASA, Housing and Urban Development, National Science Foundation, American Red Cross and the U.S. Postal Service.
Nastase joined the company in 1984 and has extensive experience in the federal civil marketplace. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh in Johnstown, Pa.
