The branch is the first one in the city and in eastern central Florida. John Dmytryk is the branch manager for the new office. He has over 25 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a controller with Citibank in Florida. He has lived in the Palm Coast area for 13 years. His wife is Michelle and he has two children.
Marka Ann Brooks and Chad and Nuala Sinsel are the loan officers for the branch. Marka has over 30 years' experience in the banking and financial industry in Florida. She and her husband, Michael, reside in Palm Coast.
Chad was a real estate attorney in West Virginia and Maryland for over 40 years, and he and Nuala ran a mortgage origination office at Deep Creek Lake, a resort in western Maryland, for 11 years prior to retirement. They have lived in Ormond Beach since June 2003.
The new branch is located in the Flagler County Business Center on U. S. Highway One between Bunnell and Palm Coast.
