President of eMax Software Group Tenders His Resignation


ORLANDO, Fla., June 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The President of eMax Net, Inc.'s "eMax Software Group" operating division, K. Scott Piel, today announced that he has tendered his resignation and going forward has no further relationships with the parent company, eMax Holdings Corp (Pink Sheets:EMXC), or any of its subsidiary companies or operating divisions as well as their collective employees, officers and directors.

Mr. Piel goes on to note that he will now work towards the furtherance of eMax Adventures, Inc. a Florida Corporation of which he is the sole founder and serves as Chairman, President and CEO. eMax Adventures was founded by Scott Piel and eMax Adventures, Inc. hereby immediately concludes any and all relationships with eMax Holdings Corp, its employees, officers and directors going forward. eMax Adventures, Inc. will execute a corporate name change within the next twenty-four hours to complete its full disassociation from the eMax Companies.
