Raven Animation, Inc. Signs Former CBS 'Survivor' Rob C.

Company Plans to Enter Video Game Business with 'Amazon Challenge'


ORLANDO, Fla., June 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Animation, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM), announced today that it has signed former CBS "Survivor" Rob C. to a long-term contract to be the host of a new 3-D Reality Video Game and Television program called "Amazon Challenge".

The video game and television program called "Amazon Challenge", designed for 'teens and young adults, was created and copyrighted in 1989 by Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco way ahead of its time before CBS's "Survivor" or NBC's "Fear Factor". "Timing is everything" stated Co-creators Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco who have licensed all of the worldwide licensing and merchandising rights exclusively to JB Toys, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. for ten years.

Raven Animation, Inc. also recently received the right to produce the video game and television program under the guidance of Emmy Award winning Executive Producers Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco.

Rob C. whose real name is Rob Cesternino, who was a contestant on one of the original "Survivor" programs which was a major hit for the CBS television network, recently appeared again on "Survivor All Stars". "I am excited about my new project and I will be doing many television and radio show interviews promoting it," stated Rob C.

"Amazon Challenge" will be the first fully animated 3-D Reality video game and television show with a live host who then becomes animated himself. The concept is extremely confidential and is being kept under lock and key at the Raven Animation office. Former Disney Animators led by David Murray will be working on this secret project under the guidance of Director Mike Gibilisco," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon's CEO.

Recently, Raven Moon and JB Toys signed a definitive Joint Venture agreement with Serendipity, Ltd. a $25,000,000 annual revenue company located in New York and Hong Kong. The new company called Serendipity Toys and will manufacture and sell a full line of "Gina D's Kids Club Cuddle Bug" toy products "Gina D. and The Transistor Sisters" toy products and the new "Mr. Bicycle Man" action figure toy products.

"The video game and television rights to the new 'Amazon Challenge' property are currently wide open and we will be evaluating all offers" stated DiFrancesco who will be at the New York Licensing Show in June with Gina D., star of "Gina D's Kids Club" and Rob C., star of "Amazon Challenge".
