(AMEX:ATC) continues to grow its business at a record-setting pace by delivering May results consistent with the company's performance during the first eight months of fiscal 2004. Compared to the same period last year, May 2004 revenues increased 43.5% and contributed to over a 450% improvement in net income.
While these results clearly indicate Cycle Country's continued dominance with its ATV accessory and lawn and garden brands, they also exemplify the company's continuing focus to diversify into other product lines. One example of this initiative is the dramatic increase within the company's OEM program where revenues expanded over 200% from May 2003 to May 2004.

May's operations continued year-to-date performance that exceeded comparative revenue and net income results. Through eight months of fiscal 2004, revenues increased over 46% and operating expenses declined as a percentage of revenues by 25% compared to the same period last year due to management's continuing cost control efforts. The combination of these factors achieved eight-month net income that was 213% higher, year over year.
