HELSINKI, Finland, June 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The total of 7.850.000 new Proha shares that were issued in connection to the acquisition of the Norwegian Dovre International AS have been subscribed in full and the Proha board of directors has approved the subscriptions. Consequently the following changes in the Proha ownership will take place:
The share ownership by Dovregruppen AS will be above ten percent. Also the direct share ownerships by Erkki Etola and Pekka Makela will fall below five percent.

In addition to the above, the combined share ownership by Erkki Etola, and Etra-Invest Oy (trade register No 391.308) controlled by Erkki Etola will fall below ten percent.

After the subscription of shares the share capital of Proha Plc will be EUR 15,916,490.20 and the number of shares 61,217,270.
According to a preliminary schedule, the new shares will be entered into the trade register by June 28, 2004.
