BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, June 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- UgoMedia Interactive Corp (Pink Sheets:UGMI) (name change to Sciax Corporation pending) announced today that the company is working in close cooperation with Richard Wolf GmbH on a 2nd generation C4d under-door viewer for which Wolf is the optical supplier. The C4d is a modular component of the Wolf Pack remote viewing system which allows users to obtain high resolution imagery of areas behind doors in tactical and surveillance environments. When in production, Sciax will manufacture all mechanical components for the C4d and ship required parts to Richard Wolf for the integration of optical systems. Final assembly will be performed by Sciax.
