Legendary Motown Group 'The Four Tops' Celebrate Their Golden Anniversary This Fall on Omni Broadcasting Network

An All-Star Lineup of Soul, R&B and Pop Artists Join Together in Detroit for an Evening of Music in Celebration of The Four Tops 50th Anniversary

LOS ANGELES, July 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Omni Broadcasting Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of OBN Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:OBNH), announced today the production and airing of "From the Heart" The Four Tops 50th Anniversary Concert Special, happening at the historic Detroit Opera House July 28th. "The Four Tops are an American institution and the network is proud to bring this celebration of their illustrious fifty year career to our audience," said Omni Broadcasting President Dennis Johnson. "This show is already bringing great awareness to our company. In addition, through sponsorship and advertising sources, off-network sales, foreign sales, DVD and CD sales, the event is shaping up to be a great potential revenue source. These quality products will also create other business opportunities for growth within Omni Broadcasting, Eclectic Entertainment and Retro records, all wholly owned subsidiaries of OBN Holdings."

The four natives of Detroit, the longest running act in the history of Rock and R&B, were recently honored on the Michigan State Senate floor with a resolution marking May 26, 2004 "Four Tops Day" in recognition of the group's 50th Anniversary.

Omni's concert special will feature performances by the current Four Tops lineup along with soul, R&B and pop music greats Aretha Franklin, Mary Wilson, Sam Moore, James Carter, the Temptations Review featuring Dennis Edwards and many others.

Accomplished producer Lee Tofanelli will produce both the live show and television special, bringing over 25 years of TV entertainment experience to the project. Tofanelli has an extensive live music production background, working with artists as varied as Ray Charles, Metallica, B.B. King, Smokey Robinson, and Carlos Santana. He served as Producer of the first VH1 Divas special "The One and Only Aretha Franklin," and most recently produced the Aruba Music Festival, featuring Chicago and Crosby, Stills & Nash.

In addition to the television special, Retro Records, a wholly owned subsidiary of OBN Holdings, plans a worldwide release of a CD and DVD of the show through its distributor, Pyramid/Universal. In addition to the old Tops' favorites, the CD will contain two new original songs from the group.

OBN plans to secure international distribution in all media, and is currently in talks with foreign distributors interested in releasing the television special, CD and DVD into foreign markets such as Europe and Asia. Additionally, the company is currently in the process of developing a number of new television specials, the first of which will be aired Spring, 2005.
