Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc., Views Research Trending in Strong Support of Its Anti-Aging Patents

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Aug. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc., (OTCBB:JRSE) announced today that research trending at major universities has provided strong support for its portfolio of intellectual properties based in anti-aging. U.S. Patent No: 6,004,257 entitled "Method for Ameliorating the Aging Process and the Effects Thereof Utilizing Electromagnetic Energy" has been strongly supported by research trends in a diversity of areas. The patent is licensed to JRSE by the inventor Dr. Jerry I. Jacobson, JRSE Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Science and Technology Officer.

The method and apparatus for ameliorating the aging process, and the effects of aging, and maintaining the integrity of health includes immersing biological systems in alternating and steady physiologic magnetic fields, that is, magnetic fields that occur naturally in all living systems. The procedure is totally non-invasive, painless and, indeed, comforting and relaxing. Utilizing the Jacobson Equation, important molecular, atomic and sub-atomic targets must be realigned, reoriented, renormalized and imbued with coherent and cooperative signals that have profoundly relaxing effects which lend feelings of well-being and new vitality.

Basic science studies have included but are not limited to nerve growth, repair and regeneration research conducted at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University and Fairleigh Dickinson University; cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system studies at the University of Oklahoma; wound healing research at the College of Veterinary Medicine of Mississippi State University; cancer studies at Mississippi State University; magnetic field characterization studies at the University of Alcala in Madrid, Spain; photometric studies of water at the University of Memphis; bioluminescence studies at the Slovenia Biophysical Institute; clinical studies in Europe, Canada, India, Mexico, and more.

Dr. Jacobson states; "The incredible feature that connects the wide diversity of studies conducted thus far is that biological systems that have been looked at including mice, rats, dogs, horses and humans reveal a common thread in their magnetic profiles. That is, the magnetic forces that are found naturally in living systems show a commonality in the most fundamental force of nature that glues atoms together to create life. I believe we have uncovered at least in some measure a fundamental unification of living systems that ties all life with a common thread of creation.

"In terms of commercial potential for JRSE shareholders, it is obvious that the intellectual property portfolio of our company lends itself towards a significant participation in the growing market for anti-aging therapy, in addition to the good for all that may be derived."

JRSE is an emerging worldwide leader in magnetic resonance technology, whose main focus is the eradication of human suffering. The Company's technology base has the potential for multiple industry applications including the fields of healthcare, veterinary medicine, the leisure, beauty and athletic fitness arenas, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy and the environment.

We are not now marketing any anti-aging products and have not cleared any such products with the Food and Drug Administration for marketing in the United States. On February 11, 2004, the FDA issued us a letter stating that, although FDA believes magnets intended for medical uses to be devices that they do not intend to enforce premarket requirements for our device, which produces extremely low magnetic field strength. This enforcement discretion would apply only when the device is labeled solely to "enhance feelings of relaxation." Other indications for therapeutic effects, such as anti-aging, would require FDA clearance based on a 510(k) premarket notification.
