Global Explorations Changes Record Date of 10-1 forward split to August 26th; Begins Development of Video Games for Cell Phones


RESTON, Va., Aug. 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) hereby changes the record date of the 10-1 forward split to August 26th, 2004.

"All shareholders of Global Explorations as of August 26th shall be entitled to the forward split. The forward split is effective on the opening day of business on August 27th," stated Lisa Blackstock, Investor Relations Manager for Global Explorations Inc.

"If we are in a position to move up the record of any dividend or forward split, we will do so. Our shareholders have been very loyal to the company and we appreciate this.
