Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. Receives Purchase Order


TUSTIN, Calif., Aug. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc.'s (OTCBB:CBYI) wholly owned subsidiary, Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. has recently been successful in negotiating a purchase order with the ConocoPhillips Company, Los Angeles Refinery, for three emissions analyzers to be supplied by Thermo Environmental Instruments, located in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Cal-Bay Controls is the exclusive sales representative for Thermo Environmental Instruments in Southern California. The value of this purchase order is approximately $30,000, and according to Chuck Prebay, President of Cal-Bay Controls, "The analyzers to be supplied on this order will be used by to measure air emissions from the ConocoPhillips refinery in order to comply with local regulatory requirements."
