AMD Receives Positive Reception of Its HIV Test Kit from UNIFEM, the United Nations Development Fund For Women

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Transportation Logistics Int'l, Inc. (OTCBB:TRPL) announced today that its Advanced Medical Diagnostics (AMD) division has received a positive and enthusiastic reception of our HIV (1&2) Rapid Test Kit from UNIFEM, the United Nations Development Fund for Women.

Michael S. Gilbert, AMD's President, was quoted as saying, "In a recent report UNIFEM stressed the desperate need to address HIV's impact on women. "Our test kits coupled with their educational campaign, creates an excellent strategy for UNIFEM."

AMD's kit tests simultaneously for both HIV 1 and 2 with an accuracy rate of over 99%. The company believes this kit is one of only a few in the world that performs this dual test; it is by far the least expensive. No home HIV (1+2) Rapid Test Kit at any price is currently available in the United States. AMD reiterates its previous announcement that it has no intention to seek FDA approval at this time.

Advanced Medical Diagnostics (AMD) has also received an initial order from a Peruvian based organization "Redess Jovenes" ("The National Network for the Advancement of Education, Sexual Health and Youth Development"). They have requested 500 Kits for research studies to be conducted at two hospitals in southern Peru: "Pedro Lopez Silva" and "Maria Auxiliadora"; these hospitals provide care primarily to HIV/AIDS infected persons.

In the fight to contain the spread of AIDS, AMD stands by its product's motto "Recognition is the First Step."
