Kingsley Coach Completes Move to New Facility

ZIMMERMAN, Minn., Oct. 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTCBB:KNGS) announced today that it has completed the move to its new, expanded headquarters consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet of manufacturing and associated office space in Zimmerman, Minnesota.

Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley Coach, commented, "We are extremely pleased to have completed the Company's move to its new headquarters which enables Kingsley to more than double its previous manufacturing capacity. The final layout of the space allows us to simultaneously work on five coaches, and includes an innovative customer demo room where Kingsley customers, in conjunction with Kingsley staff, have the ability to make design decisions regarding their Kingsley Coaches." Mr. Dickenson continued, "The new facility also has ample room for expansion as the anticipated need arises. In conjunction with finalizing Kingsley's move to this new headquarters building, the Company is actively seeking additional personnel in both management and production to prepare for a planned increase in production of Kingsley coaches."
