MailKey Discontinues Acquisition of MilsonGray


LONDON and NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MailKey Corporation (OTCBB:MAKY) today announces that it has discontinued its acquisition of MilsonGray.

Tim Dean-Smith, CEO of MailKey said "Having reviewed the business of MilsonGray extensively, the Sale & Purchase Agreement with MilsonGray has now been terminated, without penalty to either party. MailKey is continuing to develop its core business, and is also pursuing other potential opportunities, with the assistance of the recently-appointed New York based investment bank Paladian Advisors."
