AdOne Media, Inc. Announces Mobile Billboard Initiatives

CHESTERFIELD, Mo., Nov. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdOne Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ADON) announces its plans to aggressively pursue the acquisition of mobile billboard companies in key demographic markets around the country. Today, the industry is relatively young, unorganized, and fragmented. After polling many ad agencies who frequently book space on mobile billboards in large cities throughout the US, it became apparent that the industry is ripe for a roll up strategy that enables one company to cover all or most of the top 15 demographic markets. That company will be AdOne Media. Should an acquisition target not be available in a particular market, AdOne will look to open a branch office in that city to handle the needs of advertisers. Typically, each market will be served with approximately 3 to 6 mobile billboards depending on the size of the city and the demand. By pursuing this strategy, AdOne will be the dominant national player in a highly fragmented market, thus enabling ad agencies to come to AdOne for all their mobile billboard needs nationwide. Mobile billboards are gaining in popularity as evidenced by the types of advertisers who utilize this medium. These companies include but are not limited to: Anheuser-Busch, McDonald's, Verizon, Circuit City, Disney, IBM, etc. More information can be found be viewing the website at www.adonemedia.com.

AdOne Media, Inc. is a unique media company specializing in the Out of Home advertising space. Out-of-home media has grown at almost twice the rate of in-home media over the past decade. The main reason is because more and more people are spending time outside of their homes, which enables out-of-home media to become an increasingly more efficient advertising conduit. Unlike other forms of media, out-of-home can create an impression with consumers close to a point of sale or be a constant reminder throughout the course of daily activity.

AMI's core competencies include: digital delivery of dynamic media, scrolling signs, mobile billboards, bus and taxi wraps, and other more traditional signage. AMI's advertising vehicles may be viewed in venues like: parking garages, grocery stores, c-stores, movie theaters, taxi cabs, shopping malls, etc.
