Song Networks Holding AB (publ) postpones delisting


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Song Networks Holding AB ("Song") has applied for postponement of the delisting from the Stockholm Stock Exchange of its ordinary shares and convertible debentures.

The Stockholm Stock Exchange has communicated that January 10, 2005, has been decided upon as the new last day of trading regarding the company's ordinary shares and December 31, 2004, regarding the company's convertible debentures. The previously stated last day of trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange was December 3, 2004.
