CORONA, Calif., Dec. 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports Pouch Beverage Company Inc., (Pink Sheets:SPBV) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Cool Cool Water, LLC to engage in a mutually beneficial business endeavor whereby SPBV will provide co-packing services for Cool Cool Water's Kokomo brand of flavored spring water beverages.
Based on their working synergies, it is expected that Sports Pouch Beverage Company and Cool Cool Water will be negotiating definitive agreements and conducting due diligence in the coming weeks.
Sports Pouch Beverage and Cool Cool Water have indicated that this agreement is part of a co-packing services strategy to provide cost-effective, well-designed packaging to the increased demand for the Kokomo flavored spring water beverage. It is expected the Kokomo brand will utilize SPBV's innovative pouch package with its construction of three layer plastic and aluminum film laminated to a fitment with the push-pull spout.
