DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Jan. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- iBX Technologies, a subsidiary of iBX Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IBXG), announced today that it has penned an agreement with the Institute of Health and Wellness, a full-service clinical laboratory based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Under the terms of the agreement, iBX will provide accounts receivable management, practice administration and accounting control functions. The company will also assist the Institute in its expansion by providing IT services to its wide area network.
