As a result of a corporate deal, Bilia has signed an agreement to sell a car dealership in Mariestad, Sweden.
The property has a total area of 6,100 m2, of which Bilia's operations account for approximately 3,450 m2.
Bilia will continue to run operations involving the sale and service of Volvo and Renault on the same scale as before and has therefore signed a seven-year rental agreement at the current rent with the new owner.
Bilia's capital gain on the sale of this property will be around SEK 9 M after tax.
The new owner will have immediate access to the property.
