Diamant Art Corporation Elects to File its Annual Report on Form 20-F


TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Diamant Art Corporation, (Formerly Art International Corporation) (OTCBB:DIAAF) announced that, as of the end of its fiscal year on November 30, 2004, it was a "foreign private issuer" since it was organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada and approximately 80% of its outstanding voting securities are held of record by persons who are not residents of the United States. As a "foreign private issuer", the Company has elected to file its annual report on Form 20-F, which must be filed on or before May 31, 2005. Due to this transition, shareholders and other interested persons should be aware that the Company will not be filing an annual report on Form 10-K, which would have been filed on or before February 28, 2005. All future reports will be filed by the Company consistent with its status as a "foreign private issuer."
