Exportation of Products to South Korean Pharmaceutical Company and Definitive Agreement With Leading-Edge Sweetener


ENCINITAS, Calif., Feb. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vitasti, Inc. (OTCBB:VITS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its presentation to one of South Korea's largest pharmaceutical companies is moving forward towards exportation of Vitasti's line of bulk and packaged baking mixes, flax granola and 30 lines of bulk sugar-free candy. The Company has been in negotiations with this organization for several months and its last round of meetings with the organization's President and Agent (Someo International) took place last week. Both organizations are now looking into exportation requirements to get the products into South Korea. The organization and projections at this time are confidential and will be disclosed at a later date.

The Company is also pleased to announce that management has definitively agreed to pursue the rights to SweetSue's X-W8, as per the company's February 8th release. Upon further research, management agrees that this product line will be attractive to consumers and manufacturers on a global level and very competitive in the sugar-free sweetener marketplace.
