Creative Gaming Announces Cooperative Distribution and Marketing Alliance with NEUTEQ

EDISON, N.J., March 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Creative Gaming Inc. (Pink Sheets:CLPI) today announced that through its wholly owned Z'Lektra Group, Inc ("Z'Lektra"), CLPI has entered into a Cooperative Distribution and Marketing Alliance (the "Agreement") with NEUTEQ, Inc. ("NEUTEQ") a privately held, Pennsylvania based company. NEUTEQ is involved in the wholesale and retail sales and marketing of The Load Hog(tm) (the "Device"). Load Hog(tm) turns ordinary pickup trucks into dump trucks. Installed between the bed and frame of a pickup truck, this pneumatic mechanism weighs only 120 pounds, is invisible when not in use, is maintenance free, and avoids the environmental threats and complexity associated with current hydraulic applications. The dump truck conversion kit can be installed by either the individual truck owner or an installing distributor. NEUTEQ is also engaged in developing several products with market potential of over $1 billion based on its existing patents.

Under the terms of the Agreement, CLPI, operating through Z'Lektra, will provide NEUTEQ business advice as well as assist in the marketing, advertising, distribution and sales efforts associated with The Load Hog(tm). The primary business strategy is to increase sales by expanding the commercial distribution and visibility of The Load Hog(tm) core brand which may also involve pursuing and developing additional strategic alliances and joint ventures involving other NEUTEQ developments based on its existing patents. The Device is patent protected in the U.S. NEUTEQ holds the worldwide rights, excluding China, to the patent(s) as well as any marketing and/or licensing rights to the Device.

CLPI's business focus is to identify, develop and participate in the operation of emerging businesses through the establishment of an extensive network of partner companies. CLPI's business plan involves the acquisition of various interests in companies currently involved in the following business sectors: consumer technology products and services, telecommunications, digital media products and services and consumer product companies.

CLPI's growth plan includes building a portfolio of interests in private firms with the potential to be spun-off or fully developed under the CLPI umbrella, either of which could significantly enhance long-term value for CLPI shareholders.

Frank Rovito, CLPI's President and CEO, stated, "We are delighted about the potential impact our joint efforts will have on bringing The Load Hog(tm) to the fast growing truck aftermarket segment. We anticipate that the relationship we have developed with NEUTEQ will offer CLPI shareholders and investors a unique opportunity to participate in their future successes without ever directly investing. We are committed to a long term business relationship with NEUTEQ as we continue to search for viable opportunities in order to further enhance shareholder value."
