KLIPPAN, Sweden, March 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- At the annual general meeting in May, the nomination committee for KLIPPAN AB will propose the following as members of the board of KLIPPAN AB:
Re-election of ordinary members
-- Jan Bernander, chairman, Tommy Kullberg and Stefan Lersten
The members Bertil Bernadotte and Lars-Ake Helgesson have declined re-election to the board.
As ordinary members, the board proposes the current deputies
-- Gunnar Bergstrand and Olof Grundberg
The board proposes the following as new ordinary members
-- Maj-Liss Olsson, until recently head of Handelsbanken's
office in Hongkong and Singapore
-- Ulf Ek, former member of the board in 2000-2003
-- Claes Lindqvist, managing director of Hoganas AB
