Chris Wright Appointed Vice President of Software Engineering for Innova Holdings, Inc. Subsidiaries Robotic Workspace Technologies, Inc. and Service Robots Inc.


FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla., April 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Innova Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:IVHG) announced that Chris Wright has assumed the role of Vice President of Software Engineering for Robotic Workspace Technologies, Inc. (RWT(TM)) and Service Robots Inc., wholly owned subsidiaries of Innova Holdings, Inc. Chris previously worked for RWT as Software Engineering Manager.

"Chris is one of the brightest software engineers I know," says Walter Weisel, Chairman and CEO of RWT and Innova Holdings, Inc. "He is responsible for writing the software modules that serve as the basis of our technology, including RobotScript(R), Controlscript, and Gatekeeper. I am excited to have him in a position to play a greater role in product development for our company."

Chris created RobotScript(R), the first universal robot programming language using ActiveX Scripting. He is proficient in many programming languages, including ASP, C-Sharp, Visual Basic.NET, MFC, OLE Automation, and ActiveX Scripting. He is experienced in robotics software communication, robotic control systems (RS232 and RS485), Web site development, and GIS systems. Chris was instrumental in the creation of the IPortal intranet Web site used by Florida Department of Insurance employees, and Lawmaker, an enterprise system for the Florida House of Representatives that was voted the North American Visual Studio.Net application of the year in 2002. Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, from which he graduated in the top 15 percentile.
