Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. Announces Demonstration Update for Brawley Beef


TORONTO, May 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc, the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce positive results at Brawley Beef (www.brawleybeef.com). Brawley Beef is a major U.S. beef processor in Southern California and has been testing the Whitewater Ozone units since March 14, 2005.

The company has received word that the advanced testing at Brawley Beef over the past three weeks has produced positive test results. The Whitewater Patented unit manufactured by Ozone International LLC has exceeded original expectations of both Brawley Beef and PDSS. Hard surface area testing shows complete removal of present Biofilm. Extensive testing will be continuing for the balance of the month and PDSS is extremely optimistic about the current test results and those to follow. PDSS has also been appraised of USDA testing at a Midwestern beef plant where the Whitewater System reduced e-coli by more than 50% in the removal of hide process. The following processes tested negative for e-coli as the Whitewater Process was used on the belts with continuous ozone application for the finished product.
