Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. Announces Its First Ozone Unit to be Installed on May 27, 2005


PRESCOTT, Ariz., May 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc, the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce that the first ozone unit is to be installed and ready for operation on May 27, 2005. As per the Red Hawk-PDSS contract signed on April 6, 2005, an additional 4 more units, 3 truck washers, and the Spherequat process, Food Safety Audit Program implementation are expected. PDSS anticipates this as the first of many revenue streams for the company.

Mr. Chris Conn, Vice President of operations reports Red Hawk Farms is also testing the new dust and dirt control program for Red Hawk's parking areas, located at both its packing house and in the field harvest. This dust control program is part of PDSS Food Safety Process and will directed by Mr. Chris Conn, providing PDSS with another revenue source. Red Hawk Farms is one of the most progressive shippers of watermelons and many other produce items being on the cutting edge of new technology, food safety and risk reduction.
