New Clients Add to A.G. Media's Sales Growth

MONTREAL, July 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- A.G Media Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that new sales have been generated from new clients over recent months and substantiate A.G. Media Group's (Pink Sheets:AMGJ) successful, niche market online advertising model through its GospelCity.com web property. These new sales are derived mainly from new Christian clients including: Taesis Media Group, EMI recording artist, Kierra "Kiki" Sheard, and The Urban Impact Summit as well as mainstream marketers including The ND Company, DivaCor and Berklee College of Music.

A.G. Media is experiencing an upward trend in the number of clients benefiting from the results-driven, interactive online promotion services offered through the GospelCity web property. GospelCity.com employs a variety of online marketing components and provides a large, highly targeted loyal audience for marketers.

Currently, marketing campaigns for artists and record labels contribute to most of the Company's advertising revenue. Going forward our efforts are trending towards securing long-term contracted advertising campaigns targeted at mainstream corporate advertisers.

"We are pleased to see A.G. Media on track with its plan of increasing advertising revenue through a growing and active client base for the GospelCity.com web property," stated Pierre Redding, President of A.G. Media Group. He added, "While the majority of GospelCity's advertising revenue will continue to be derived from music industry and related marketers, we are targeting new clients outside of the industry that are looking to reach this highly sought after consumer group."

A.G. Media's increase in new advertising clients is not only demonstrative of the high-demand for reaching Christian consumers but also consistent with the resurgence of online advertising as a viable marketing medium. According to the Interactive Advertising Bureau, Internet advertising continues to break records as ad spending online totaled more than $2.8 billion for the first quarter of 2005 a 26% increase from the $2.2 billion spent during the same period in 2004, making this the highest reported quarter in nine consecutive quarters of growth for the industry.
