Sciax Signs Letter of Intent with International Fragrance and Clothing Line Mena by Yoram Jivago

BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, July 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- RMD Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp. (Pink Sheets:SCXC), announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture with the international fragrance and clothing line company Mena by Yoram Jivago Inc. to market their fragrance and fashion line. The Letter of Intent confirms Sciax's strategy of capitalizing on the much sought after 14 to 24 year old consumer demographic.

The fragrance and fashion designs of the company are the work of superstar Yoram Jivago who was instrumental in the success of the Jivago fragrance lines (for Jivago Inc.) that appear in 49 countries including exclusive retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstroms. Yoram Jivago stressed that this venture was totally separate from the other Jivago products and had no connection at all with Jivago Inc., but did anticipate tremendous success with the new line.

Additional creative responsibilities are carried out by Mena Patsaros, chief executive officer of the company and the namesake of the corporation. Ms. Patsaros founded and operated a successful restaurant in New Jersey for five years. In addition, Ms. Patsaros is an accomplished model and actress now living in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles, Calif. She has been a SAG actress since the age of six and most recently appeared on the hit HBO series 'Entourage' directed by Mark Wahlberg.

"Hollywood is the epitome of high fashion and status," said Patsaros. "We intend to make our lines the very fabric of both essences around the world." Jivago stated, "It is every designer's dream to create their very own line from scratch. I have put three years of my life into working on the line and hope our customers enjoy the fruits of my hard work."

Giorgio Costonis, President of RMD Entertainment also commented, "The fragrance industry is a billion dollar business. Fragrances produce an image that people want. We are extremely excited to work with one of the best designers in the world."
