Billy Martin's Hollywood Boutique Featured on E! News Live

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Billy Martin's USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLYM), the retail brand known for its apparel and accessory products with a "western" twist, was featured on the E Channel's E! News Live program last night across America.

"I'm with Gregory, here at Billy Martin's, a celebrity favorite," said reporter Bobbie Thomas, referring to Gregory Westbrook, West Coast store manager and boot designer, who has ordered custom boots and/or western "bling" accessories for some of Hollywood's hottest stars, including Paris Hilton, Cher, Jessica Simpson, Black Eyed Peas, Heather Locklear, Usher and Bono.

The theme of the segment was that there is a "country love" going around the U.S., not just in Hollywood, where some of the most visible stars are wearing boots and apparel with a "western flair," but across the nation.

"What's hot and fashionable," said Doug Newton, who founded the company's first retail store 26 years ago in New York City, "is not hard-line cowboy or western wear, but cutting-edge, contemporary American designs and styles which have just a hint of 'western' flair to same."

In other news yesterday, Billy Martin's was in the August 1st headlines of DNR, the leading news magazine of men's fashion, retail and design trends. The DNR piece, entitled "Harlem's Wild, Wild West," cited BLYM's plans to open a second boutique in New York City in Harlem, in a "$236 million retail, restaurant and office complex being developed on 125th Street and Park Avenue."

Newton said, "Some people think we're going to Harlem for the first time. Actually, I was one of the few white guys who went uptown each week to coach and manage a Harlem Little League baseball team, back in the 1970's. Our team was lucky. We got lots of tips from another manager who worked farther uptown in the Bronx, to wit, N.Y. Yankee manager, Billy Martin, himself."

Statements about BLYM's future expectations, including future revenues and earnings, and all other statements in this news release other than historical facts are "forward-looking statements." Since these statements involve risks and uncertainties and are subject to change at any time, the company's actual results may differ materially from the company's plans if its assumptions prove to be incorrect, or, for a variety of other reasons.

Billy Martin's USA, Inc. is not a reporting company registered under the Securities Act of 1934. Shares of its stock trade on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "BLYM."
