IElement Corporation, Formerly MailKey Corporation, Announces Official Company Name Change and New Market Symbol


DALLAS, Aug. 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- IElement Corporation (OTCBB:MAKY) a nationwide provider of advanced communications services, announced today that it has obtained official notice from NASDAQ that the name change requested has been approved effective immediately. The name change was made pursuant to the signing of an agreement on January 18, 2005, wherein an amendment to change the merged company name to IElement Corporation from MailKey Corporation was agreed upon by the board of directors between MailKey Corporation (OTCBB:MAKY), IElement Corporation and respective shareholders.

IElement Corporation also announces that its new market symbol, IELM, will be effective immediately.

IElement Corporation anticipates that the name change will bring sharp focus toward the company providing next generation communication products and added value services. IElement Corporation currently delivers and sells local dial tone, long distance services and wide area network services that enable small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to deploy high-capacity, affordable and secure networks across their state or across the country.
