Fairchild International Expands Scope of Negotiations With Beiseker Envirotech

Fairchild to Supply Beiseker Envirotech for Larger Requirement

EDMONTON, Alberta and LAS VEGAS, Sept. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Fairchild International (OTCBB:FCHL), a leading manufacturer of advanced energy technology equipment, is pleased to announce that Beiseker Envirotech has requested Model 60 Syngas Fluidized Bed Gasifier (FBG) and Combustor for Beiseker's medical waste treatment plant. The installed M60 will use its advanced FBG technology to convert pharacuetical waste to synthetic natural gas for sale or use to power the Beiseker plant. Syngas Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fairchild International, had originally signed a letter of intent to provide a Model 2 (M2), a smaller unit compared to the M60. Although the terms of the agreement are not finalized, it is anticipated that the M60 will generate revenues in excess of $2,000,000 per annum for Syngas under a 50/50 revenue sharing agreement. Fairchild's management is currently assessing and confirming the state of the facilities, projected flow rates, tipping fees, yields and potential revenues. This information, along with timelines, should become available to the Company shortly and Management will be making further announcements as information becomes available.

In the interim, the Beiseker Envirotech facility will use a smaller M2 unit capable of processing 100 kilograms per hour of pill form waste. It is anticipated that the unit will be profitable from inception and generate significant cash flow for Syngas.

Syngas President, Wilf Ouellette stated, "The Beiseker plant will put Fairchild into an entirely new market and displays the versatility of the Syngas FBG technology. As we continue to implement our product roll-out and strategic acquisition plans, we look forward to developing exciting new partnerships, working ventures and target acquisitions within the very productive and lucrative alternative energy sector. We can produce energy for Beiseker while keeping our landfills cleaner and safer. Its heartening to know that our eco-friendly technology is seen as more efficient and cost sensitive than other alternatives by our partner companies."
