WHAT: Book Signing of "A Child Betrayed" by Mary Jane Bovo, M.D. The book tells why Americans are paying to have children abused. It exposes the inadequacies of Child Protection Agencies across the United States and exposes why federal reviews of these agencies resulted in a 100% failure rate (50 out of 50 states failed the review).
