CompleteComm Monitors and Maintains APW Telecom Systems

CARLSBAD, Calif., Sept. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today CompleteComm announces it will provide telecom maintenance and monitoring to electronic solution provider APW's network in four of the company's domestic offices. APW, a leader in supporting original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in the design, manufacture and integration of electronic products is headquartered in Waukesha, WI. With the three-year $108,000 deal, CompleteComm will cover APW's processor and circuit packs, PBX's, voice terminals, more than 200 headsets and voicemail systems, including 24-hour monitoring and emergency maintenance for the company.

"Like most businesses, telecommunication down-time could seriously injure our profits," APW IT Infrastructure manager Steve Seidlitz says. "With our Avaya systems and CompleteComm's maintenance agreement, we prevent this and insure our telecom network runs smoothly."

"CompleteComm guarantees a four-hour response time, but most complications can be resolved in an hour or less," CompleteComm CEO Shaun Alger says. "Now APW doesn't need to worry about down-time because CompleteComm focuses on preventative maintenance first, solving most problems before APW notices them," Alger adds.

With powerful remote monitoring software, crash-kits, in-house help desk and dispatch, and 100 certified technicians throughout the United States, CompleteComm is rapidly gaining momentum and providing their clients with peace of mind. A new niche in telecom, contracted maintenance agreements and emergency response, is gaining popularity from corporate IT managers, Alger states. CompleteComm has closed more than ten significant contracts this year and serves more than 250 clients throughout the United States.
