S2C Signs Supplier Agreement With Communiteq for Financial Transaction/ATMs

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- S2C Global Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:STWG), and Communiteq Systems Inc. (Communiteq) announced today in Vancouver that Communiteq will provide a total, end-to-end financial transaction /ATM solution including terminals, core network, network management solutions and related support services. "Communiteq's system provides the interface for the public and S2C's remote management of the Aquaduct and is a critical component that needs to operate seamlessly," said Rod Bartlett, Chief Executive Officer of S2C Global Systems Inc. "S2C is pleased to form this relationship with Communiteq who has proven themselves both to S2C and the marketplace to be a reliable supplier in this area."

Communiteq (www.communiteq.com) based in Ontario, Canada designs, builds and sells the only unit certified in Canada for both ATM cash dispensing and point-of-sale (debit and credit) transaction processing, and has recently been certified and deployed in the U.S. "Until now S2C was simply utilizing the point-of-sale capabilities of Communiteq now we will be able to offer a drive up ATM service leveraging the equipment cost over other sources of revenue," continued Rod Bartlett. "Our migration to full ATM's is a natural extension of our joint efforts with Communiteq in the field of financial transaction kiosks," continued Rod Bartlett. "Communiteq is committed to using its North American experience and its unrivalled resources as S2C's sole infrastructure supplier," said John Chambers, President of Communiteq Systems Inc. "We are delighted by S2C's decision to select Communiteq and we are fully committed to support the roll out of the ATM services in Canada and the USA."

According to the July 2005 edition of Digital Transactions the ATM industry generates transaction fees of $5 billion dollars per year, with an average ATM surcharge of $1.65 per cash withdrawal. Each Aquaduct installed that has the full ATM service will have the potential to generate an additional $10,000 per annum over primary revenue generated from 5-gallon bottled water sales. With S2C's planned rollout strategy this has the potential of generating up to $8 million dollars in additional revenues over the next two years and opens the door to strategic relationships with existing national providers of financial services.
