FutureVest Announces David R. Goddard As New CEO


LOS ANGELES, Jan. 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- FutureVest, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FTVT), has today announced that Mr. David R. Goddard has been appointed as the companies new CEO effective immediately.

Mr. Goddard will also hold an active seat on the Board of Directors of FutureVest. Mr. Goddard recently commented, "I'm extremely excited about joining FutureVest which will allow me to bring my vast Wall Street experience specializing in Private Equity to an active portfolio of existing and future emerging ventures."

Mr. Goddard formerly held the position of Senior Managing Director of Global Private Equity Capital Markets for Bear Stearns & Co. in NYC prior to that held Managing Director of Private Placements at BancBoston Robertson Stephens and Chase Securities. Previously, Mr. Goddard held a Vice President position in the private placement group at B.A. Securities.

Mr. Goddard is a graduate from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor's degree in English. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University with special designation Cum Laude President of the Entrepreneur's Exchange, a 50C3 organization providing consulting services to early stage companies and ventures.
