DeMarco Energy Systems of America Announces Official Name Change to Energy Vision International and Provides Forward Guidance


OXFORD, Miss., Feb. 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMES) announced it has completed its previously announced name change. The new name of the company is "Energy Vision International." DeMarco Energy Systems of America will now operate as one of Energy Vision's subsidiaries and continue to sell and promote its patented geothermal heating-cooling technologies.

Energy Vision International (EVI) will release shareholder guidance on its rapid acquisition and revenue plans for 2006. EVI is on a rapid growth and expansion track based upon revenue growth through key acquisitions, energy technology distribution, international licensing of its patented geothermal technology, and seeking acquisitions congruent with energy conservation and supporting industries. This strategy lays the groundwork for consistent introduction of energy-related technologies and continuing revenue growth for Energy Vision International and its shareholders.

In the coming months, shareholders should expect significant advancements and announcements. In addition to the company's many planned acquisitions, EVI re-list its stock on the OTCBB and become fully-reporting as soon as is practicable. The company will soon announce the engagement of an SEC qualified auditor.

EVI has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase American Geothermal. American Geothermal will become an important operating subsidiary adding an estimated $300,000.00 of profitable revenues for year-end 2005 with sales for 2006 / 2007 predicted to be $1,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00 respectively. The company will immediately begin tendering and installing EVI's patented DeMarco Geothermal Heat Pumps.

EVI has developed new distribution and joint-venture agreement with international partners and property development companies. Shareholders can expect a detailed update on these new international offices and operations in the coming weeks.
