In connection with the acquisition the Company has applied for a new trading symbol and has changed its corporate name to TargetViewz, Inc.
TargetViewz is the developer of the TargetMercial(tm) and Video Postcard(tm), provided to business-to-consumer advertisers to target specific audiences using permission-based e-mail. The Company's TargetMercial(tm) begins broadcasting immediately when opened. There is no downloading wait time, streaming fees or player attachments required.
The product integrates video, voice, picture and text, bundled into a high-quality personalized message, with real-time data capture, data segmentation and real-time disbursement. Video Postcard(tm) generates a higher level of user interest as a personalized viral feature is included, which results in higher view-shares than other forms of traditional media. TargetViewz can reach 120 million permission-based consumers, segmented by zip code, providing local and national advertisers with the ability to geographically target-market within a per mile radius of their choosing.
Initial industry market penetrations include regional automobile dealerships, real estate, the franchise industry and political campaigning.
TargetViewz is currently aligning with traditional advertising and media agencies and newspapers.
