Adsero Corp. Announces Advisory Committee Addition

MONTREAL, March 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Adsero Corp. ("Adsero") (OTCBB:ADSO), a North American leader in the printer cartridge remanufacturing industry, is pleased to announce that Mark Benadiba, Chairman of the Advisory Committee, appointed a new senior member to Adsero's advisory team. In addition to Mr. Murray Wright, President of Lenovo Canada Inc., Mr. Benadiba is pleased to announce Mr. Patrick Carson to the Advisory Committee.

Mr. Carson has an extensive background and a breadth of experience and will be an invaluable asset to the Adsero organization. Mr. Carson joined Loblaw Companies in 1975, and during his 25 years with the company held senior executive positions in the areas of corporate development, strategic planning and environmental affairs. He is credited with being one of the key executives responsible for the sales and marketing success of the company, whose sales increased over a 25 year period, from $600 million in 1975, to $23 billion in 2000.

As Vice President of Environmental Affairs for Loblaws International Merchants, Patrick was instrumental in launching the first commercially available consumer line of environmental products into North America.

In 1992, Mr. Carson represented Canadian business at the Rio Earth Summit, which was attended by 147 world leaders. That year also saw him co-author the book "Green Is Gold -- Business and the Environment," which has been published in four languages and distributed in 23 countries, including China.

In May 1993, Mr. Carson was appointed by the Prime Minister of Canada to the National Round Table on the Environment and The Economy -- A think tank that advises the Government on sustainable development strategies. He was re-appointed in May 1997, and was the longest serving member on the Prime Minister's N.R.T.E.E. Committee.

Patrick is regarded as a world expert on Sustainable Economic Principles, and has acted as advisor to government personnel on matters of Sustainable Economic and Environmental Practices, in the following countries: U.S.A., Germany, Czech and Slovak Republics, Ireland, Israel, Iran, U.A.E., Australia, Cuba, Britain, China, Brazil, and Barbados.

Mr. Carson has acted as an advisor, in Canada, to the Minister of Culture, Deputy Prime Minister, and as an ad hoc advisor to the Minister of Youth, and to the Minister of Agriculture. In 1977, Patrick was appointed to the Canadian Design Exchange, to assist in developing a strategic plan for the organization -- one of Canada's major design institutes.

Mr. Benadiba, Chairman of the Advisory Committee, is executing his strategy of establishing a team of marketing professionals to develop and drive "Retail Branded Strategies" in new markets for Adsero products.

Yvon Leveille, President and CEO of Adsero Corp., stated "I am very pleased to have the depth of expertise of these senior executives, as part of the team Mark is building. I look forward to the future appointees as we build up the Advisory Committee with individuals whose current and/or past business experiences and contacts will help us pursue non-traditional opportunities and distribution markets in this multi-billion dollar Recharger segment."
