Company Hires Jason Hickox to head North American Sales


RESTON, Va., March 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CTR Investments & Consulting, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CIVX) announces the hiring of Jason Hickox as its North American Director of Sales.

CTR Investments & Consulting is pleased to announce that Jason Hickox has joined the company as its Director of Sales for North America. Mr. Hickox is the latest strategic hire in the Company's expanding VisiTant Division. He joins CTR Investments & Consulting after serving as Vice President of Operations at LivSar Enterprises, where he provided all phases of business development and operations oversight of the company's private business ventures. Projects included sales, development and negotiations of national and international business contracts. CTR Investments & Consulting continues to add high quality experienced people with multiple skill sets to its VisiTant Group.

During his five years at LivSar, Mr. Hickox's responsibilities focused on Operations and Sales oversight. He developed, analyzed and approved all financial reports, sales programs, sales pro-formas, POS, Profit and Loss, among others, to evaluate and assess company's sales performance. He directed daily, weekly and monthly meetings with sales and management teams, guiding day-to-day sales and business operations. He also implemented and administered sales staff training programs which resulted in a skilled and motivated workforce.
