IElement Corporation Appoints New Directors

DALLAS, March 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- IElement Corporation (OTCBB:IELM) (Frankfurt:SZQ1), a nationwide provider of advanced communications services and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions, announced today that it has appointed two new members to its board of directors, Lance Stovall and Ken Willey.

Both new directors bring a wealth of business and telecom experience to IElement's board.

Mr. Stovall has 13 years experience starting, running and developing businesses. After earning a B.S. in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University in 1991, he founded EXCEL Student Services, an Arlington, Texas staffing firm he grew to employ over 500 people in three offices within five years.

His next job was as the Director of Operations for Lone Star Valet in Dallas, Texas, for whom he is now President. He has also been the Director of Business Development for Zone Communications, a Los Angeles, California online periodical and email publisher that followed emerging technology across several states, and Vice President of Business Development for TouchCredit Financial Services, a Los Angeles, California biometric technology provider that he co-founded.

Mr. Stovall previously worked for IElement as Vice President of Business Development and is acutely familiar with the company's day to day operations as well as its business strategy.

Mr. Willey attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and his early career included work in sales, marketing and operations for a Fortune 500 retailer, where he opened and moved two Texas stores and served in his first management role by age 20.

He then worked in the telecom industry as a district sales manager from 1997 through 2004, first for Verizon Communications, an incumbent carrier, and then for Logix Communications, a competitive carrier.

Mr. Willey also served as Vice President of Business Development for a Dallas, Texas based advertising agency, where he lead new business development efforts and implemented an interactive media division. He is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Noble Royalties in Addison, Texas, an energy company specializing in royalties, mineral acquisition, funding and management.

Both appointments filled board seats that have been vacant since August.
