360 Global Wine Company Announces Culinary Venture With Celebrity Chef Curtis Aikens


SONOMA, Calif., April 4, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- 360 Global Wine Company (OTCBB:TSIX), and the Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace announce their new venture with celebrity Chef Curtis Aikens.

Chef Aikens, a leader in California Italian Nouveau Cuisine, will be creating unique signature dishes and food products for Viansa Wines. Chef Aikens will be contributing the recipes for these creations to Viansa's monthly publication, Tuscan Club Magazine. These "fusion" dishes will combine the best of traditional flavors and ingredients with Chef Aikens' signature home style creations.

Prior to gaining his celebrity chef status, Aikens was the head of the produce departments at Dom's Wholesale Market and at Balducci's, where he was responsible for such clients as the United Nations, the Plaza Hotel and the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament. He is the founder of Aikens' Family Produce, Inc., a wholesale and retail supplier of produce for clients ranging from the Rockdale County School System to the TV series In the Heat of the Night and the film Glory.

In addition to independent consulting and food stylist engagements, Curtis Aikens has been with the Food Network since its inception, with roles including that as host of Pick of the Day, From My Garden, Meals without Meat, and Food in a Flash.
